Latin Music Explained

Some of the most popular artists and hits in Latin music belong to the so-called Urban style. This music class remains to be associated to Reggaeton and Hip-Hop. But there’s a new wave of sounds that’s departing from the basic Reggaeton of the early 2000s.

Modern Latin Urban music is outlined by a brand new crossover. This new crossover mixes Reggaeton and Hip-Hop with different genres such as Dance, Latin Pop, Salsa, Bachata and Merengue.

Latin Urban music has grown into a very popular genre within Latin music.
